Which license should I buy?
There are Four licenses - Lite Edition for personal use, Pro Edition for small business use and Migration License for large scale of migration use and Enterprise License for Organization use. These licenses are categorized on available saving options, number of activation and the number of mailboxes (Lite Edition is for 2 Windows Machines and 10 mailboxes, Pro is for 5 Windows Machines & suitable for upto 250 mailboxes & Migration license is for 10 Windows Machines & suitable for upto 500 malboxes, Enterprise License is for 10 Windows Machines & suitable for upto 500 Mailboxes.)
What are the Limitations on the number of Mailbox migration in each license?
Lite Edition is suitable for 5 Mailboxes as it's for personal user, Pro is suitable for upto 250 mailboxes & the Migration license is suitable for upto 500 malboxes. in case of more than 500 mailboxes, a custom license is recommended.
What is Lite Edition?
Lite Edition is the basic software license with only limited backup options and user can activate the license on up to two machines only. The license is suitable for home users.
What is Pro Edition?
Pro Edition is software license with all saving options and user can activate the license on multiple machines up to 5. The license is suitable for business or corporate use.
Are these licenses perpetual or Subcription-based?
The license is valid for one year with free upgrade and support. After 1 year, you can re-instate the license 20% discount on the actual license cost.
Can I try a demo before the purchase?
Yes, you can download the trial version from the home page. The trial version is the limited copy of the Pro license and has a limitation of 25 items. We would recommend users to try the software before you purchase.
Can I batch convert/backup my email accounts?
Yes, the batch conversion option is available with Pro, Migration and Enterprise Edition. Google Workspace batch migration option is available with Migration Edition only.
How faster the conversion will be?
The speed of the conversion depends upon your machine configuration and internet speed. The internet download/upload speed mostly influences the conversion rate hence faster download/upload speed makes the conversion faster.
Does Email Backup Wizard support cross-platform use?
No, Email Backup Wizard is designed specifically for each operating system, with dedicated versions available for both macOS and Windows. Each platform requires a separate setup and license . Yes, Email Backup Wizard has Scheduling feature which allow to schedule data by Daily, Once, Weekly and Monthly frequency. However, this feature is availble only in the Enterprise Edition.

Yes, Email Backup Wizard has Incremental feature which allow users to backup/migrate only new emails whenevr they perform backup/migration for the same mailbox multiple times.
